1. The service
Vibe Editor provides a desktop application for building and editing websites, together with this website, user accounts, licensing, downloads, updates, a connector vault and related support tools (together, the "Service").
By creating an account, downloading the application or using the Service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Your account
You are responsible for your account, your sign-in methods and your secrets password. Keep them confidential. The connector vault is end-to-end encrypted: we cannot read your connected credentials and cannot recover them if you lose both the secrets password and the recovery key.
You must provide accurate information and may not share an account or license beyond what your plan allows.
3. Connected services and sites
You may connect third-party services (such as GitHub, Cloudflare, Vercel, Supabase, Google, Figma) and WordPress sites. You may connect only accounts and sites that you own or are authorized to manage.
The WordPress plugin gives the Vibe Editor application read-only access to the content, media and database of a site you connect. You can disconnect at any time from the plugin (Tools → Vibe Editor) or from the Connectors page.
Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services, their availability or their changes.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to access systems or data without authorization, to copy sites you do not have the right to copy, to infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, to distribute malware, or to break the law.
You may not attempt to bypass licensing, security or rate limits, or interfere with the Service or other users.
5. Your content
You keep all rights to your projects, code and content. You are responsible for the content you create, import or publish with the Service, including content generated with AI models.
6. Availability and changes
We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may change, suspend or discontinue features, and we may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms.
7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Keep your own backups of your sites, code and data.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vibe Editor is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits or business, arising from the use of the Service.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms.
9. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections where you live.
